About Us

“I truly believe the only way we can create global peace is through educating not only our minds but our hearts and our souls. This is the way forward to our destiny of peace and prosperity.” - Malala Yousefzai

School History

Capstone International School (CIS) India, founded in 2017, was envisioned as a nurturing center empowering girls from vulnerable backgrounds. Designed as a premier English medium residential school, CIS is set on a scenic 14-acre campus and aims to be affiliated with ICSE. The school provides a safe, enriching environment that balances strong academics with holistic care, ensuring each student thrives in a supportive residential setting.

Vision and Mission

Our Vision:

To empower girls from vulnerable backgrounds to become confident, compassionate leaders, equipped with the skills and values to positively impact their communities and lead fulfilling lives.

Our Mission:

To provide vulnerable children with world-class education, nurturing family-style care, and lifelong relationships, empowering  them to flourish and become leaders who help to change the world.

Our Values

“Let knowledge be the beacon that dispels the darkness of ignorance.” - Savitribai Phule

At CIS, we believe every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right tools and opportunities for empowerment. We are committed to creating an intellectually and emotionally stimulating learning environment where growth is not just academic but well-rounded.

Our approach is rooted in an inclusive, child-centric philosophy that extends beyond the classroom, offering experiential learning that builds capable, confident individuals. We foster a culture of respect, care, and continuous growth, blending well-designed extracurricular activities with our lush green surroundings to provide a safe, fulfilling, and enriching experience for all our students.

Our Approach

As a residential school, CIS empowers children from vulnerable backgrounds through trauma-informed care. This approach prioritizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety, fostering recovery and resilience. Our child-centered practices address academic and emotional needs, understanding that behaviors and challenges may stem from trauma.

Central to our learning culture is the "student-teacher" connection, where teachers serve as facilitators who address both academic and emotional needs. With a 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio, we ensure personalized support, emphasizing cognitive growth and emotional healing. Through this nurturing environment, every child feels valued, laying the foundation for long-term success and well-being.
